How do I contact the Homeowners' Association?

Answer:
Each of our subdivisions has its own Homeowners' Association which elects its own board of directors. You may contact them at the following:

Forest Springs HOA:

Forest Springs North:

How do I find out the name of my builder?

Answer:
Our family of builders consists of Estate Homes, Thieneman-Seitz Construction, Don Petty & Associates, Medallion Homes, Saratoga Homes, Clifford Thieneman Company, and JR's Builders. You may reach them at the builders office at (502) 241-9179, or feel free to call our office at (502) 491-4645.

What if I like a house plan, but I want it on a different lot?

Answer:
Any of our builder representatives will be glad to help you find a lot and a home that suits your needs. Please call our office at (502) 491-4645 to speak with someone.

What if I want to buy a lot, but I have my own builder?

Answer:
Please call our office at (502) 491-4645 and speak with Bob Thieneman, Jr. or Paula Bates for assistance.

Question:
Do I have to be a member of the club?

Answer:
While it is not a requirement to become a member, please remember that our beautiful clubs offer a wide variety of services and amenities that will enhance the experience of your new lifestyle.

Who do I call to replace my mailbox?

Answer:
US Post provides the mailboxes for our subdivisions. You can reach them at (502) 245-0087.

Question:
What if I want to put a fence up around my yard?

Answer:
Before you install a fence on your property, it must have the approval of the Homeowners Association. Contact any member of the association for your neighborhood for further assistance.

What do I do if I want to build on to my house?

Answer:
Before you perform any structural renovations on your home, you must have the approval of the Homeowners Association. Contact any member of the association for your neighborhood for further assistance.
